The city of Troy now owns ALOeTERRA, LTU’s entry in the 2007 Solar Decathlon and learned how not to take care of it this past winter. Apparently, water pipes froze and water did some significant damage to the interior finishes. Exactly why they froze is a point of contention.
Unfortunately, if you were planning on attending the Oakland County Green Summit next week you won’t be able to tour the house.
